If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase at Sprouts, we’ll be happy to exchange it, or refund your money with a proper receipt. The type of credit given is determined by the method of payment used.
- Cash/Debit/Electronic Checks: A refund will be made in cash. Receipt reflecting form of payment as cash, debit or electronic check required.
- Credit or EBT: A refund will be made to your credit card or EBT card. Receipt and original card required.
- Check kept for deposit (manual check), Gift Card or No receipt: A gift card will be issued.
A valid receipt is required for all Vitamin and Body Care product returns. Vitamin and Body Care returns must be made within 30 days. Refrigerated Vitamin & Body Care items will not be accepted at any time. A 10% minimum percentage will be taken off any opened or damaged products. Returns will only be given for items purchased at Sprouts Chula Vista or Eastlake. Sprouts cannot accept returns on any type of media product such as books, DVDs, Holiday Items and audio and visual aids. All alcohol sales are final. Special orders are considered a final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
